It is important to properly maintenance your ebike for your safety and safety of others.
Routine maintenance can also save you from costly repairs.
All of our tune-ups start with a safety check. We recommend a safety check after the first 50-100 miles, and every time your brake pads are due for replacement. On average brake pads last 800 miles.
Safety Check/Tune-up includes:
1) Wipe down entire bike
2) Check all bolts & make minor adjustments
3) Inspect electrical system
4) Lubricate all moving parts
5) Inspect & inflate tires
6) Check spoke tension
7) Inspect drive-train
8) Adjust brakes & replace pads if needed (cost of pads not included)
9) Assess any attional work needed
10) Test ride
This is for one brake & Includes:
1) Inspect brake levers, cables/hose, caliper, & rotor
2) Clean calipers & rotors
3) Check rotor bolts
4) Inspect brake pads & replace if needed
Does not include the cost of the brake pads
Tire changes include:
1) Inspect tire, rim, rotor & spokes
2) Replace tube & tire if needed
Does not include cost of tube, or tire if needed
